Everything was just perfect. The staff was so nice and kind to us. My husband surprised me with a romantic dinner and they arranged it on the beach, with lights, petals and a private waiter. We didn’t have any problems. The food was very good and many choices on the menu. The beach was quite small but it is how we prefer it. The main pool was very clean. Our room looked just like the pictures. I recommend this resort 100%! Perfect place for the honeymoon.

We have been to many 5* hotels around the world and this hotel is up there with some of the best. We came for our wedding anniversary and were impressed by the exceptionally attentive and friendly staff, the delicious food, the personalised service to the point where when my husband accidentally injured his toe (he can be clumsy sometimes, bless), they immediately brought over a First Aid lady and sent us some dessert as a get well soon token. The Wi-Fi was fast, the hotel grounds were tropical and tastefully designed, and the buggies were all electric. The view of the white sandy beach, coconut trees and lapping turquoise waters from our suite was incredible, like something out of a magazine (we got upgraded). We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, we had a great time and look forward to returning one day!

Unbelievable experience. 10/10 for everything. The service from the resort people is just perfect. I do t have one bad thing to say. Awesome location. Close to the party but just far enough away for privacy as well. 10 mins by taxi to the main party area or scooter

We loved the unit we were given with an unforgettable view and gorgeous private swimming pool, the staff was incredibly polite, accessible, helpful and plentiful, the food was amazing, the beach was clean, sand soft, warm and clear water, the big pool was so fun……a dreamy place all around!

excellent staff they put great effort to please their guests, amazing beach, breakfast and dinner was great, the room was superb and much better than we imagined. the hotel is strategically located in the middle of the beach with amazing views of the mountain and rocks.

Here our long story of what I with my partner enjoyed begins. It was my first time in Thailand and I haven't been much more impressed with everything than here. The hotel: - The hotel is located 15 minutes from the city centre. - The hotel offers you valet parking (!!!). - The hotel is really private and quiet. - The number of sunbeds is enough, so you don't need to struggle in finding an empty one during the day. - The sea isn't rocky. It was easy to get into the sea. - The breakfasts were FABULOUS. A mix of European breakfasts with Asian (dim sum, curry omelettes, stir-fry noodles & rice) - The WIFI is with good speed (more than 12-16mbps) and available anywhere in the hotel (even on the beach where the signal should be weak). Great for some remote work The staff: - All personnel are smiling, open for any assistance and friendly. I haven't been impressed by how these people are kind and open! - It seemed as if the entire staff of the hotel works only for you. I have never experienced such a personalized approach. - As I understand it, each room is assigned with a "property manager". Our manager was Nic. Any questions, any wishes or minor problems, we could write to Nick on WhatsApp and in a matter of seconds, we receive a reply. Nic also helped us with the PCR testing (1st and 5th day) by simply notifying us, offering us a taxi to the medical centre and explaining the process. - Always on the line during the day and night. I haven't waited for long for the answer from the reception during my stay The room (Tropical Villa): - The room is quite modern and spacious. - Everything is clean. Thank you so much for everything you have made for one of the best holidays in my life.

What not to like?!! is a great resort! The beach is cleans and fantastic, the room was incredible too. Welcome treat and treats in the room and beach occasionally. The breakfast, dinner were absolutely delicious! Do recommend the satay! The staff were the most helpful and friendly people ever - service just spot on! there were not so many guests due to still not being high touristic season which was very quiet and enjoyable. The pools at room and common were super clean and good temperature. great cocktails served with a service call button at the beach. Is generally in a quiet part of Chaweng beach, which is a big plus. Hammock and swing at the beach and very comfortable sun-beds. The staff at the restaurant and reception are amazing! They booked taxis for us. The common gardens and spa which we experienced were incredible. It is a truly 5star resort and the best one we have been. We will be returning!

absolutely amazing experience! we travel a lot and we are a little picky, we value quality and subtlety. The villa we lived in is amazing! Everything is perfect here: nature, place, interior, cleanliness, wonderful food, service. We felt like at home with a big caring family. Lots of warmth and smiling eyes. Everyone seems to know everything: what and how you like it, where and when you need it. Special thanks to Nic for her constant concern. We felt like we had a personal assistant. The service was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing. The views across the resort and the rooms were to die for. The cocktails at the bar and the pool amenities were top notch as well.
